Feel free to make an offer. This chair is 3 or 4 years old purchased by my aunt who was bed ridden. She never used it once. You can see how fresh the tires are. Only used to move it around the house. You can see in the photos and video it looks new. We cannot get it to charge. I want to be as forthcoming as possible. This thing can cost up to 30k.
