Item Description:Excellent condition wheelchair accessible fifth wheel toyhauler. Bought from Dunesport in AZ in July 2021 and had delivered to Texas for my son. Has been parked on concrete pad and has extra long (50-75ft) 50 amp plug in. Also has 4400 onan propane generator and solar batteries for boondocking. MSRP was $125,000. This is been very accommodating for my son to live independently with minimal assistance. Only used a few months, never hauled.
